Helmed by Karthik Subbaraj, the film marks the first collaboration of Rajinikanth and the filmmaker. Rajinikanth starrer Petta was primarily shot in Tamil but has been released in Telugu and Hindi too. Bankrolled by Sun Pictures, the film also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Simran and Trisha in prominent roles. Watch this space for further updates.
