ETimes – 3.5/5

Lakshmi as the older Baby is brilliant, but the way Samantha adapts her character and makes it her own is admirable. Her Rajahmundry accent is spot on and she never looks uncomfortable playing a much older character (not by appearance, mind you, but in nature). It's a film that has its heart in the right place and has a lot of great moments to take away from. Nandini Reddy has successfully adapted Korean classic Miss Granny, and has made it her own, and Tollywood is richer for it.

Firstpost – 4/5

Oh! Baby is the kind of film that leaves you with a grateful feeling for all the things you have in your life and miss those which you didn’t quite pay attention to. The way Samantha has pulled off the role, right from imbibing Lakshmi’s body language, especially her gait, to how she treats people around her, this is perhaps the most endearing performance in her career so far.

The Hindu

Director Nandini Reddy and writer Lakshmi Bhupala explore the dynamics of relationships in a carnival-like setting. Oh! Baby is a fun ode to the complexities that make up our elders. It’s an acknowledgement of their rough rides as much as it is about learning to count your blessings.
