NerKonda Paarvai Gets an U/A Certificate, Ajith- Vidya Balan Starrer To Release on August 8
The fans are totally rooting for the Tamil remake of Pink, named as NerKonda Paarvai. With Ajith and Vidya Balan in the crucial roles amongst others, the film is one of the most anticipated films next month. The censor board cleared the film with U/A certificate as per the recent reports.
There is a lot of curiosity around the south remake of heart-winning Bollywood film, Pink. Titled as NerKonda Paarvai, the film stars mega-star Ajith Kumar in the shoes of Amitabh Bachchan. The fans were thrilled to find the trailer being as effective and powerful as the original one. Now, there's another happy news for the makers. The Boney Kapoor produced film is slated to release on August. Director of this Tamil remake earlier told The News Minute, "Men and women are the same everywhere. For me, the film was not about drinking and premarital sex; it was about consent. That overrode everything else. And, no one speaks about consent." He adds, "It was obviously a courtroom drama, and I was able to understand the basic storyline. Imagine how I would have felt when I was given the chance to helm the remake!"
Fans are also excited about the flick as it has plethora of other actors like Vidya Balan, Abhirami Venkatachalam, Andrea Tariang and Shraddha Srinath in the key roles. August surely has a string of promising films lined up for the fans and NerKonda Paarvai tops the list.
