Reportedly, Harikrishna, the son of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister NT Rama Rao, was critically injured after his car crashed into a road median and overturned. This too was a hit at the box-office.
Seetayya
Seetayya, that was released in 2003, was a super hit at the box-office. In the film, Harikrishna plays the role of a powerful cop, whose objective is to put an end to the ruthless factions in Rayalaseema. Helmed by YVS Chowdary, the film also Soundarya and Simran in pivotal roles. Music for the film, which was composed by MM Keeravani, was very well received.
Siva Rama Raju
Helmed by V Samudra, Siva Rama Raju was a remake of Tamil film Samudhiram (2000) with sub-plot borrowed from another Tamil film Simmarasi (1998). Bankrolled by RB Choudary under Super Good Films, the film stars Nandamuri Harikrishna, Jagapathi Babu, Venkat, Sivaji and Monica in the lead roles. The music was scored by SA Rajkumar.
Seetharama Raju
Helmed by YVS Chowdary, the film stars Nagarjuna Akkineni, Nandamuri Harikrishna, Sakshi Shivanand and Sanghavi in the lead roles while the music for the film was scored by MM Keeravani. Bankrolled jointly by Nagarjuna Akkineni and D Sivaprasad Reddy under the Great India Enterprises and Kamakshi Movies banner, Seetharama Raju was dubbed in Tamil and was titled as Sathriya Dharmam.
Speaking about the accident, it took place in Nalgonda, 100 km from Hyderabad. Reportedly, the actor, who was driving to Kavali in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh to attend the wedding of a fan, was critically injured after his car crashed near Anneparthi.
