A video is going viral where Telugu superstar Nagarjuna Akkineni was seen arriving at Mumbai's T2 International airport along with his entourage, and one of his support staff is spotted misbehaving with a fan. The fan approached the actor, who had seemingly ignored him, but one of his security detail pushed him away before trying to hold him from falling. What made the incident even worse is that the fan is actually a specially-abled employee working at a cafe at the airport, identified by the yellow uniform such employees usually wear. As per our sources, the affected person was employed at Mitti cafe in the T2 terminal. The establishment is known for hiring specially abled employees. In the video shared by popular paparazzo Viral Bhayani, you can also see Tamil superstar Dhanush walking behind Nagarjuna when this incident happened.

After the video went viral, netizens were outraged by the rough manner in which the unidentified person was tackled and asked Nagarjuna to show some empathy. It seems the video and the outrage came to Nagarjuna's notice, and he has issued an apology on X to the 'gentleman'. He wrote that this incident 'shouldn’t have happened', and he assures his fans that he ' will take necessary precautions that it will not happen in the future.
With the recent spate of videos where celebs' entourage is seen misbehaving with fans, it would be a good procedure for them to be trained on sensitivity in handling such situations.
