Mammootty starrer Mamangam teaser finally hit the internet. We know how the makers down south are totally into making larger than life films. The period dramas are the new cool, be it fictional or non-fictional. Yet again, the makers have attempted to make a Baahubali like film starring the Malayalam superstar, and it is a complete mass entertainer plus a visual spectacle. The teaser video has huge sets and vibrant setup. It shows the popular Mamankam Festival and its hype. The fair was apparently a get together for the warriors from all over the places and where they show off their strength. The video also shows a 12-year-old boy who is skilled in sword fighting and considers his iconic uncle as a legend.
The story gives us a glimpse of how the mightiest of all the warriors assemble at this fair to end the 280 year-long war between Chaaverukal and Zamorin rulers. Although there is hardly any screen space for Mammootty in the teaser, those few seconds are enough for his die-hard fans to go gaga over him.
