Kerala Crime Files: From Cast to Plot, All You Need to Know About Aju Varghese and Lal's Malayalam Web-Series on Disney+ Hotstar.
India Today: "The realistic performances by the cast, led by Aju Varghese and Lal, are stellar and this enhances the series several fold as a result. Aju Varghese, as the calm, composed cop who doesn’t lose it even when he makes a mistake, and Lal, as the senior cop who loses it because he bears the pressure from above for the failures of his juniors, are in tandem with each other in their performances."
Leisurebyte: "The investigation is pretty straightforward as well. So viewers who are just jumping into the crime genre frenzy won’t have too much difficulty keeping up with the pace and what happens after what. On the other hand, viewers familiar with the genre will have a field day to watch this tense crime-thriller reveal itself. Of course, there are some moments of exposition, and the police aren’t without their flaws, but even with these faults, the TV show really shines through." Kerala Crime Files First Look Poster Out!
