Dhanush is busy receiving accolades for his new release, Asuran, that has boggled everyone's minds. Starring Manju Warrier in the lead with the actor, this action drama is touted to be an entertaining flick with some brilliant performances coming from the actors' side. Directed by Vetri Maaran, the movie was earlier praised by South star, Mahesh Babu, who couldn't stop raving about Dhanush's acting abilities and the recent celebrity to sing the actor's glory is none other than Karan Johar.

Bollywood filmmaker took to his Twitter account to shower some love and affection on this new release and we must say, Johar seems to be mighty impressed with this action drama. Karan, in particular, is getting more fond of South releases with each passing day. After co-producing SS Rajamouli's Baahubali, the actor has even acquired the remake rights of Vijay Deverakonda's Dear Comrade and is busy finalizing the star cast for the same these days. He had earlier explained the differences between a Bollywood filmmaker against a Southern one. “Some of us get stuck in a rut. We don’t get out of that rut. We believe that we are in a safe spot but the truth is that we are not. They have taught us and made us feel inferior in a good way. I say that with positivity because it encourages us to do much better," he said in his interaction with Man's World magazine.
