The first official trailer of Siva's epic actioner, Kanguva, was revealed on August 12. The trailer focused purely on the period portions of the movie where Suriya and Bobby Deol play leaders of warring tribe armies, with some epic shots of jungle and navy fight scenes. Suriya's look as Kanguva and Bobby Deol's look as the antagonist Udhiran caught our eye as they managed to bring in the fierceness needed for the characters. You also might have heard of reports that Karthi is also part of the movie starring his elder brother. The final scene of the trailer sees Suriya's Kanguva looking at something in the distance, and we see another tribal warrior riding on a horse towards the camera. Since the shot is out of focus and the person appears with matted hair and a beard, it is hard to recognise who it is, but he makes Kanguva smile. So fans are speculating this could be the much-hyped Karthi cameo.
