Suriya and Mohanlal's latest offering Kaappaan, which was released on Friday (September 20), has been successful in making an excellent start at the box office. As per film business analysts, Suriya's Kaappaan is receiving praise from critics as well as movie-goers. The KV Anand-directorial had grossed Rs 89 lakh on its opening day, thereby shattering the first-day collection of Ajith Kumar's Viswasam, which earned Rs 88 lakh.
