Junga Trailer: Vijay Sethupathi Puts a Smile On Our Face In This Comic Action Entertainer
Junga has been shot in various foreign locales like Paris and Azerbaijan.
Vijay Sethupathi, perhaps one of the busiest actors in Tamil film industry right now, is turning a producer with his upcoming movie, Junga. The action thriller, laced with humour, has the super-talented Sethupathi go on a mass level. Going by the first promo that landed some time back, Junga could be Makkal Selvan (as fans call him now) Vijay Sethupathi's most expensive movie till date. Junga is directed by Gokul, and has Madonna Sebastian and Sayyeshaa as the female leads.
While we know Madonna and Sethupathi makes quite the pair in their previous collaborations, Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum and Kavan, this is the first time Sayyeshaa is working with the actor. Sayyeshaa had made her debut in Ajay Devgn's Shivaay. Talking more about the trailer, Sethupathi seems to have taken a leaf out of his contemporaries, Vijay, Vijay and Vishal, and gone on a mass-level with Junga, while not losing his trademark humour. He has also taken a different getup in the movie. The production values look good, though I am not sure why the composers 'borrowed' the theme music of Mad Max: Fury Road at the start of the trailer.
