Jailer Actor Vinayakan Arrested by Kerala Police for Allegedly Creating Ruckus at Police Station While Drunk

The actor purportedly stirred up a disturbance at the Ernakulam Town North police station in the evening. He had been called in by the police following reported disturbances at his apartment.

He was arrested for making trouble at the police station, a senior police officer said.

Vinayakan is an Indian actor, former dancer, and composer who predominantly works in Malayalam and Tamil language films. He started his career with a cameo appearance in the 1995 film Maanthrikam. Vinayakan won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actor for his leading role of Ganga in Rajiv Ravi's Kammatipaadam. Recently, he was seen in Rajinikanth's Jailer.
