Kamal Haasan fans have been complaining on social media that they wanted a proper look of his character. Perhaps to appease them, the makers have revealed a new poster that has an almost proper glimpse of wizened Senapathi in his INA (Indian National Army) uniform with the tagline 'Older, Wiser, Deadlier'.
The poster also confirms that the shoot for the film will begin from tomorrow. Let's hope that Indian 2 will give Kamal Haasan, one of the finest actors Indian cinema has ever seen, that much-needed box office success.
The first Indian film had Kamal Haasan in a double role. One role had him as Senapathi, and the other role had him play his son, a corrupt government employee who is killed by his own father at the end of the film. Manisha Koirala and Urmila Matondkar were the female leads in the film. Indian gave Kamal Haasan his fourth and final (yet) National Award for the Best Actor.
