The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Utsavam 2024 will be celebrating South Indian cinema with a focus on both creative and technical brilliance across Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada films. Organised by Wizcraft International, the two-day event will be held in Abu Dhabi in September 2024. IIFA Utsavam 2024 promises excitement and joy, with Day 1 highlighting up-and-coming stars from Tamil and Malayalam cinema, recognising their fresh contributions. Day 2 of IIFA Utsavam 2024 will honour outstanding artistes and technicians from Telugu and Kannada films. The IIFA nominees are chosen by a panel of industry experts, with winners decided through a combination of jury and public votes. IIFA Utsavam 2024 - Tamil Film Industry Nominations

Ponniyin Selvan II leads the Tamil nominations with a stellar 13 nods, setting a high standard. Jailer follows with 10 nominations. Viduthalai Part I and Maamannan each secured 7 nominations, while Leo and Chithha earned 4 and 3, respectively. Good Night, Maaveeran, Ayothi, Mark Antony, and Farhana each receive 2 nominations, showcasing a diverse field.

Dasara tops the Telugu nominations with a remarkable 10 nods. Hi Nanna is close behind with 6 nominations. Bhagavanth Kesari and Baby each receive 4 nominations, while Salaar: Part 1 - Cease Fire earns 3. Nani stands out with two nominations for Performance in a Leading Role (Male) for his roles in Dasara and Hi Nanna. Dasara: SS Rajamouli Hails Nani and Keerthy Suresh’s Performances in the Telugu Film.
