Chandramukhi 2 is the upcoming horror-comedy written and directed by P Vasu. It is the sequel to blockbuster Tamil film Chandramukhi that had starred Rajinikanth and Jyotika. Chandramukhi 2 will see Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut in the leading roles. Jyotika had showered praises on Kangana’s avatar in the upcoming flick. Fans’ expectations from Chandramukhi 2 are sky-rocketing. The film will see Kangana Ranaut as the beautiful court dancer Chandramukhi and Raghava Lawrence as the protagonist Vettaiyan Raja. The trailer gave glimpse of what happens after a family moves into a palace that is said to be haunted by the spirit of a medieval court dancer. Plot – The synopsis of Chandramukhi 2 reads, “A wealthy family faces numerous problems and reunites with their long-lost relatives to pray to their deity for solutions, unaware it will reawaken the feud between a classical dancer, Chandramukhi and Vettaiyan Raja from centuries ago.”
