This Diwali is going to be a major treat for all Kollywood lovers. There are two big films that are all set to be released during the festival of lights. And these films stars the leading superstars of Tamil film industry. It is not unknown that Thalapathy Vijay’s Bigil and Karthi’s Kaithi are releasing on October 25. But it is not known which movie will rule at the box office on this auspicious occasion. So will it be Bigil or Kaithi?

Bigil is a sports action drama directed by Atlee Kumar. Lady Superstar Nayanthara is paired opposite Vijay, and it is after a gap of almost a decade these two are doing a film together. On October 17, the film’s creative producer Archana Kalpathi confirmed that Bigil would hit the big screens on October 25. Produced under the banner of AGS Entertainments, Bigil will release not only in Tamil but also in Telugu language. The film’s music has been composed by AR Rahman.

Just like Thalapathy Vijay, even actor Karthi has a huge fan base across the globe. Earlier this week the film’s lead actor had clearly mentioned via tweet that this film has no songs and romance. It is all about action and thrill. Despite knowing there no songs, fans are eagerly waiting to watch Kaithi. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Kaithi is all set to be released under the banner of Dream Warrior Pictures on October 25.
