The popularity of the reality show, Bigg Boss has led the makers to expand its presence down South too. As a result, they also started Bigg Boss Tamil and successfully pulled off two seasons led by actor-host Kamal Haasan. Now, just ahead of Bigg Boss Tamil Season 3, the makers are facing a legal controversy. As per the latest reports, a demand for its ban has been put forth claiming that the show has 'adult content' which affects the youth. CONFIRMED! An advocate named Sudhan filed a case in the Madras High Court seeking a ban on the show. He stated that the housemates use adult language while speaking and also wear revealing clothes so it affects the youth generation who is watching it. He also demanded a censor certificate from the Indian Broadcast Foundation (IBF) before airing the show.

As the case has been filed against the airing of the show, it has to be seen whether it will air on the said date which is June 23. When the makers were asked about the same, they called the whole complaint as 'frivolous' and stated that no changes will be made. The season 1 winner trophy was grabbed by Arav Nafeez while the season 2 winner was Riythvika.
