Ajith Kumar who is fondly called as Thala Ajith is basking in the success of Nerkonda Paarvai. The film was a remake of Amitabh Bachchan starrer Pink. The Tamil film was produced by Boney Kapoor, which also marked his debut as a producer in Kollywood. Soon after the movie released, Kapoor confirmed that he would be producing Ajith’s 60th film as well and it would be directed by Nerkonda Paarvai director H Vinoth. Thala Ajith’s upcoming project is tentatively titled as AK60. Boney Kapoor had announced, “A big thank you to the entire unit of #NerkondaPaarvai for working towards August 8th release. Happy to announce our next AK60 with #AjithKumar #HVinoth and @ZeeStudios will start with Pooja end August 2019. @SureshChandraa @DoneChannel1.” Since then fans have been eagerly waiting to catch a glimpse of the actor’s look. There are also speculations stating Ajay Devgn would be seen as the antagonist in the upcoming project. Let’s wait for an official announcement!
