South superstar Ajith Kumar aka Thala Ajith and his wife Shalini Kumar landed in an embarrassing situation. The couple were at a polling booth near their residence to cast vote during the second phase of the Lok Sabha Elections 2019. This second phase of the elections happened on April 18 and Ajith and Shalini were one of the pairs who grabbed the limelight but for wrong reasons. This couple had to deal the wrath of two women for skipping the queue at the polling booth. Thala Ajith and his wife Shalini’s fan base is quite wide. Voters who were present at the polling booth in Thiruvanmiyur, went bonkers on seeing the couple. Commoners and shutterbugs swarmed the duo, creating a chaotic situation. The police officers present at the spot had to intervene and had to ask the commoners to step aside so that Ajith and Shalini could go ahead and exercise their democratic rights. But who thought that it would leave two women miffed? The video that is going viral, shows two ladies lashing out at Ajith and his wife for not standing in queue like others and getting special treatment to cast vote.
