Were you impressed with the first teaser of 2.0 that came out a few weeks back? It was received with mixed reactions. The VFX were not exactly worth the Rs 450 crore tag associated with the budget of the film (however, those who say the 3D version in theatres have a different story to say), and Akshay Kumar fans were disappointed with the lack of presence of the Bollywood superstar in the teaser. Therefore high expectations are riding on the trailer for 2.0 to rectify these flaws. So has the trailer managed to meet the expectations of us fans? 2.0 New Poster Starring Rajinikanth Will Make You Impatient for The Trailer - See Pic Inside.

So, as we can see it in the trailer, it loaded with heavy action. The VFX work, that took so long, has finally done justice to the film. The trailer also gave us a few more glimpses of Akshay Kumar as the villain of the mega movie. Rajinikanth as Chitti is going to impress the fans as usual. We must admit, that the movie is highly based on the well-tailored scenes giving it an extravagant look.

Directed by S Shankar, who also made the 2010 predecessor Enthiran aka Robot, 2.0 has Rajinikanth in the lead as scientist Vaseegaran and his dual-personality suffering android, Chitti. Akshay Kumar plays the main antagonist, that of a man who gets powers to control technology and uses that to steal mobile phones and terrorise the country with them. Amy Jackson is the female lead. Rajinikanth Wraps Up Shoot For Karthik Subbaraj’s Petta 15 Days Ahead of Schedule.
