During a recent press interaction, Mukesh Khanna addressed these rumours, taking a subtle dig at Ranveer Singh when a reporter questioned about Singh’s visit to Khanna’s office. The veteran actor clarified, saying, “Sir maine dhai ghanta nahi bithaya, woh baithe (Sir, I didn’t make him wait for two and a half hours; he sat there himself)”. Khanna continued, “He’s a terrific actor, terrific energy hai…but Shaktimaan kaun banega woh main decide karunga, actor nahi (He’s a terrific actor, he has terrific energy, but I will decide who will become Shaktimaan, not an actor).”
