Quite interestingly and matter of factly, Saif Ali Khan, who is riding high on the success of Sacred Games,  too is growing a thick beard for his next in which he is playing a naga sadhu. Recently in an interview with senior journalist Rajeev Masand, Shahid challenged Saif Ali Khan that he will make his beard bigger.  On being asked about ‘What’s with the big beard?’, Shahid responded saying“Saif’s looks bigger than mines though, I am still waiting for it to get to that length, it looks really good,”

Sasha's little daughter too is curious about her daddy's facial fuzz "yeh, kya hai?" she keeps question pointing at that thick matt of hair, reveals Shahid. Saifu's dilemma is completely different when it comes to growing a beard. He unabashedly discusses the pluses and the minuses. In his latest interview, Saif Ali Khan narrated his long beard saga. " She (Kareena) says she likes it (beard) and he pulls it very hard. And neither of them kiss me very much, I notice. They say no! But if I say, Taimur Kiss My Hand. He kisses my hand. But if I tell him to kiss my cheeks he just gives me the top of his head," explained Saif.

Saif also explained how he had to undergo a physical transformation to get into the character for his film Hunter. "I even got my ears pierced for the role, which I was worried about initially. My hair has grown a lot. It bothered me throughout summer, when I was shooting in Rajasthan's sweltering heat. It took me 40 minutes to two hours sometimes to just get into hair and make-up for the part."
