One of the shows buzzing these days has been Narcos: Mexico, the companion series of the popular crime drama show, Narcos. Streaming on Netflix, the series is about the rise of the drug cartel in Mexico and follows a real-life convicted leader of the trade, Félix Gallardo, played by Diego Luna (of Y Tu Mama Tambien and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story fame). Michael Pena (known for playing Luis in Marvel's Ant-Man movies) is playing a DEA agent in the series, tasked with the duty to catch Félix. The show has received much appreciation from the viewers, even in India. Some Indian viewers have already started comparing the character of Félix with that of Ganesh Gaitonde, the cult main character in Netflix's own Sacred Games. Played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Gaitonde, unlike Félix, is a fictional character, though he is inspired by some real-life dons who used to harangue the city. If you had this thought as to who could be more dangerous - Gaitonde or Félix, this new video revealed by Netflix answers it all. The video features Gaitonde who is given a video cassette of Félix by his confidante Bunty (Jatin Sarna). As they watch the video, they both end up discussing how Gaitonde would have done things differently. Soon Gaitonde becomes in awe of Félix, while Bunty reminds the former that if Félix is a Godfather, then Gaitonde is the God of Mumbai.
