Akshay Kumar can't have a better reason to flash his famous toothy smile. After registering good enough numbers at the box office with his film Gold, Kumar must be really delighted with this man watching his cinematic endeavour. Look who stepped out of his den with family to catch Akshay Kumar's Gold? We are talking about none other than the master blaster Sachin Tendulkar himself!

We spotted Sachin with his wife Anjali and daughter Sara at a famous theatre in Mumbai's suburb, Bandra. Wife Sachin made quite an entry at the show in his trademark style, wifey Anjali was her usual graceful self.

Accompanying the Tendulkar family is film producer and Excel Entertainment partner  Ritesh Sidhwani. The moment Sachin Tendulkar walked in the theatre we could not help but notice people all smile. Tendulkar was also spotted waving at his fans who also screamed his name.

Gold is inspired by India's first Olympic gold medal victory. It also traces the golden era of hockey through the journey of Tapan Das, a young assistant manager in 1936, who dreams of playing for an independent nation.

It would be pertinent to note that Gold is raking good numbers at the ticket windows. Quite interestingly, Gold has recorded Akki's biggest opening for day, his last biggest opening was Singh Is Bling (With Rs 16 crore) and John's biggest solo opening before this was Force 2.

It is abundantly clear that Akki is leaving no stone unturned to promote his movie in a unique way. But hey! he is also doing so in an unthinkable way.
