Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor's Saaho is easily one of the most-awaited films of this year. The waiting game is finally coming to an end on August 28 as that's when the film is scheduled to hit the theatres. If you will remember, Saaho was supposed to come out on Independence Day alongside Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal and John Abraham's Batla House. But to avoid the box office clash, the makers decided to push the release. While they lost out on a holiday release, the producers don't have much to complain considering the film has made Rs 320 crore even before its release. Yep! An IBtimes report has claimed that Saaho has earned Rs 320 crore from the sale of its theatrical rights.

Saaho has been made on a reported budget of Rs 350 crore and so it's clear that the film will be a profitable venture for the makers. Saaho will release in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil languages. In fact, Saaho will get a very wide release in India. Talking about Saaho's big release, film trade analyst Sumit Kadel wrote on Twitter, "#Saaho House Booking is on 🔥 across India. All India screen count is expected to be around 6500 which’ll make it one of the biggest release of Indian cinema only second to #Baahubali2 . #Prabhas mania to unleash on 30th August PAN INDIA #SaahoOnAugust30."  Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor’s Saaho to Release in IMAX Worldwide.

This is Prabhas’s first film after his blockbuster hits Baahubali and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. Shraddha too is making her entry in Tamil and Telugu cinema through this one.

In the film, which is directed by Sujeeth, Prabhas and Shraddha will be seen as cops. While Prabhas is an undercover cop, Shraddha essays the role of a crime branch officer. The two of them will be seen taking on dreaded gangsters in the film, which also stars Neil Nitin Mukesh and Jackie Shroff. How excited are you to watch Saaho?
