There is an interesting casting change that might just happen in Bollywood. Word has it that Ranbir Kapoor is all set to collaborate with Farhan Akhtar for the first time in the upcoming third instalment of Excel Entertainment's Don franchise. The first two films starred Shah Rukh Khan in the lead. But looks like he won't be a part of the third film that has been in the news since many years now. This is not the interesting bit though. Shah Rukh, we hear has a finally made a decision about his next film, which will be directed by Rajkumar Hirnani, who last directed Ranbir in Sanju, the biopic on Sanjay Dutt.
So Ranbir and SRK have swapped their directors, it seems. Of course, none of this is official as we are waiting for an announcement by the makers of both the films. Satte Pe Satta Remake: Farah Khan Chooses Hrithik Roshan Over Shah Rukh Khan as Lead For THIS Reason?

While Sanju managed to impress the audience and ended up making a lot of money at the box office, Shah Rukh's last few films didn't meet the same fate. The superstar's recent release, Zero, which also starred Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif was made with a lot of hard work considering SRK played a dwarf in the film. Unfortunately, the Aanand L Rai directorial got average reviews from both critics and masses alike.
Will Hirani be able to break the jinx and save SRK's falling movie career? We really hope he does. The filmmaker has made more than five films till now, all of which have managed to impress the cine-goers. So at this point, an SRK-Hirani collaboration is all that the former needs.
