Prassthanam Title Track: Seeing Sanjay Dutt, Manisha Koirala, Jackie Shroff in One Song Will Make the 90s Kid in You Very Happy (Watch Video)

The first song from the upcoming thriller-drama, Prassthanam, is out now. This one is the title track for the movie composed by Farhad Samji. The scope of having songs in a movie of this genre is usually low, but, interestingly Bollywood finds a way or other. Prassthanam title track is a rock number. Not that it doesn't sound good, but, maybe a more vibrant movie would have been a better home for this song. Dev Negi has a powerful voice and he does justice to the song. The best part about the song? Well, for the fans of the 90s Bollywood, it is a treat to watch the Jackie Shroff, Sanjay Dutt and Manisha Koirala in one song. You get to see scenes from the movie as the song plays in the background. Ali Fazal matches shoulders with the stalwarts with his acting skills. Manisha Koirala's acting is going to be a delight in the film, it is evident from the handful of scenes we get to watch here.

Prassthanam is the remake of the 2010-Telugu film of the same name. The Hindi version is Sanjay S Dutt Productions' debut venture. Producer Maanayata Dutt, Sanjay's wife who is spearheading the production house, said, “We are proud to have Prassthanam as our first Hindi presentation under our banner. The film is an intense thrilling drama, whose essence will resonate with Indian audiences."

Prassthanam is slated to release on September 20, clashing with Sunny Deol's directorial Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, which will launch his son Karan and newcomer Saher in the industry.
