Pearl V Puri is one actor who has a massive female fan base in the TV industry. This young, dashing actor has been seen in a couple of shows like Nagarjuna - Ek Yoddha, Meri Saasu Maa, Badtameez Dil and Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat. The actor has now bagged the lead role in Ekta Kapoor's upcoming show, Naagin 3. Pearl is more than excited to bag a role in the successful supernatural show. Speaking to LatestLY exclusively, the actor revealed that he immediately agreed to signing the show only because it's an Ekta Kapoor show. Pearl didn't even go through the script or the story before agreeing to signing the show.

Talking about why he took up Naagin 3, he said, "Ekta Kapoor! So when you get a call, they don't tell you how you'll be placed in the show. You just know whom you are working with. I didn't know about the cast and everything before I decided to bag the show. I'm extremely happy and thankful to Ekta ma'am that she picked me for this role. People thinking that whenever Ekta decides to be a part of a show, it turns into a hit show. It doesn't happen magically because she is a lucky charm or something. She does that really well and is really talented. If she is sitting here, there will be 10 things on her mind and she will make sure she does all of those 10 things perfectly."

Pearl will play the role of Maahir in the upcoming drama and will be seen romancing Surbhi Jyoti. Though he refused divulge any details from the sets or the plot. Speaking about his character in the show, he said, "Maahir is a very business-oriented guy but at the same time, he makes sure he is always there for his family and friends, solving their problems and making things right. He basically has all the qualities of a hero, who sticks to his words."

When asked if he wants to work in one of ALTBalaji's web shows, he said, "If Ekta ma'am wants me to do it, then I will. What she does, no one can. Only she can do it." He also believes that Naagin works well with the audience because it's made really well and not just because it's a finite series. He adds, "Naagin works well because it's made really well, it is designed really well. When you go shopping for clothes, you check for the fittings, color and material, right? Naagin is one of those colors that the audience will love no matter what, it fits perfectly for people who love supernatural shows and even the ones who don't. It has everything."
