The case of Mithun Chakraborty's son Mahaakshay aka Mimoh and his mother Yogita Bali is getting confusing day by day. The actor, along with his mom, was alleged of rape and cheating a Bhojpuri actress in 2015. Despite an FIR lodged against him by the actress recently, he got anticipatory bail and got married to girlfriend Madalsa Sharma on July 10. There were reports the police reached the wedding venue in Ooty and called off the wedding that was originally scheduled on July 7. However, bride's mother and actress Sheela Sharma rubbished these reports.

Speaking about the whole scenario, she told Mumbai Mirror, "Both Mimoh and Madalsa are really happy and so are the families. With everyone’s blessings, everything went off smoothly. No cops came calling, all that was reported was just rumours, we are shocked that anyone could write such things. I reiterate that all the allegations against Mimoh are false."

The marriage was registered on July 7 itself and the wedding took place 3 days later as per the rituals. When asked the reason behind this, the actress-mother stated that both the families just wished to respect the court's order and hence postponed the wedding.

Speaking of the case, an actress who was allegedly in a relationship with Mimoh for 4 years, claimed that he raped her and gave her abortion pills without her know. He also promised her of marriage, she added. However, later Yogita Bali threatened her to leave Mumbai and settle in Delhi or face bad repercussions. The court is yet to decide the final fate of the case.
