Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s royal wedding is one of the most anticipated events of the year. The couple has been making appearances together and the fans fell in love every time they walked together as a couple. Besides, the popularity of the Suits actress adds to the massive fan following of the duo. When it comes to Prince Harry, his casual yet calm demeanor has already won everyone. Ahead of their marriage on May 19, 2018, the power couple has been making selective appearances. However, how much of their behavior as ‘royal celebs’ is actually genuine or actually staged?

As per the reports in CNN, the Hollywood diva and the Prince have been asked to follow the protocols when it comes to their public appearances. The report in the publication says, ‘From the timing and wording of each tweet or Instagram post to the shoes Markle wears on each public engagement, every element is part of a strategy.’

Duncan Larcombe, former royal correspondent at British newspaper the Sun and author of a book about Prince Harry, says, “Yes, it's choreographed, but the royals always have the final say. There's a real limit to how much a press secretary can intervene. They don't tell them what to do. Their team are pretty well in tune with them. There's a good dialogue between them all.”

But hold on, not every aspect of Meghan and Harry’s behavior is choreographed. A royal biographer was quoted saying, “She's independent, she's a career woman. I think it would be very odd if she took a complete back seat. And she's marrying Harry... who is much more of an independent spirit in a very traditional household. He's a thoroughly modern guy.”

Despite giving up her acting career and deleting her social media accounts for her royal future, Meghan knows how to be herself. May be that’s why we saw her appearing in ripped jeans, taking selfies, giving high fives, hugging a charity worker and even sticking out her tongue out! Since the chances of Harry becoming the next king is unlikely, the couple is reportedly allowed to be a bit casual. We like how Meghan and Harry are blending their natural personalities with the royal rules so perfectly! The royal wedding is set to take place at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, Windsor, United Kingdom.
