Things are getting rougher by the day with the K-pop all-girl group NewJeans and their agency, ADOR. After NewJeans' singer Hanni confessed to the National Commission against the mistreatment of K-pop stars, many issues have come to light. Whether it's HYBE's apology for the industry evaluation report revealed during the Culture, Sports, and Tourism Committee's National Assembly audit on October 24—causing an uproar within the K-pop community—or the shunning of BTS's V (Kim Taehyung) and his promotions, or even the attitude towards SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, or BLACKPINK's Lisa, the situation has been tense. Now, new reports have emerged, revealing that NewJeans served a certificate of contents to ADOR on November 13. NewJeans Criticise New ADOR Management, K-Pop Girl Group Demand Restoration of Min Hee Jin’s System and Demand HYBE To Back Off - Reports.

What Is Certification of Contents?

In Korea, a certificate of contents is often used for things like damage claims or notifying someone about the termination of a contract. It's a formal way of documenting any changes in agreements, claims, or debts between people and companies. The document has to be certified by the post office to make it official.
