Reality star Khloe Kardashian recently gave birth to her and NBA pro Tristan Thompson’s baby girl. The new mama has picked a special moniker for her firstborn. And it is indeed unique. The proud parents have named their daughter True Thompson. The youngest in the Kardashian family joins her fellow cousins North West, Saint West, Chicago West, Mason Disick, Penelope Disick, Reign Disick, Dream Kardashian and Stormi Webster.

Along with the reveal of her name on Monday Kardashian showed a photo of a room adorned with pink toys, balloons and flowers on her Instagram.

Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE. Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!

Khloe posted a sweet and adorable caption, which read, “Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!”

But what is the special meaning behind Khloe’s daughter? Kris Jenner may be able to help. In a follow up post on her Instagram, Kris revealed that True is a family name. Kris wrote, “I’m so excited to welcome my precious little granddaughter True!” She also mentioned a fun fact about her granddaughter’s name.

In March, Khloe was seen flaunting her baby bump in a sexy maternity photo shoot along with Tristan Thompson. On her app, she revealed the baby weighed six pounds and 13 ounces at birth and was 21 inches long. And yes, True already has an Instagram account that received more than 20,000 followers in less than an hour.

It comes as a surprise to many to see Khloe, 33, has given her daughter her boyfriend’s last name. Tristan, 27, was recently accused of cheating on the reality star. A footage was published last week that appeared to show Thompson getting cosy with several other women. Kardashian went into labour the day after the cheating reports surfaced. Khloe and Tristan are rumoured to have started their relationship back in September 2016. After much speculation and anticipation, the pair confirmed that she was pregnant in December 2017.
