Just a couple of days back, news of Salman Khan donating Rs 12 crore for Kerala flood-hit victims started doing the rounds. While the actor's admirers were busy boasting about his humanitarian deed, Jaaved Jaaferi took to his Twitter account to share his admiration for his good friend. Even the ones who were unaware of this goodwill gesture by Mr. Khan were then informed about his generous contribution and the news later spread like a wildfire. But guess it was all 'hearsay' since no actual confirmation from either the actor or his family's side was made regarding the same. While everyone was crediting Jaaved Jaaferi and his tweet as the confirmation source of the news, the actor realised his mistake and was quick to correct it. After Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli, Now Amitabh Bachchan Contributes Towards Kerala Flood Relief
Jaaved Jaaferi took to his Twitter account to clear all the air surrounding Salman Khan's contribution and clarified saying he had only heard it. He deleted his earlier tweet and wrote, "I had tweeted that I had ‘heard’ about @BeingSalmanKhan ‘s contribution. Because it was a very strong possibility given his track record, I put forward my thoughts and admiration. Taking the tweet off till I can confirm it." So guess like all of us even the Boogie Woogie judge wants to wait till he gets the confirmation and probably then he would like to tweet the fact once again. Learn From Shah Rukh Khan! Before Salman Khan, many Bollywood celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput, Kangana Ranaut and Sunny Leone have generously donated to the Cheif Minister's Relief Fund along with the supplies of relief material. Randeep Hooda even joined the Khalsa aid in Kerela to serve food in the relief camps and we are only proud of them all.
