It's Official! Isabelle Kaif To Star Opposite Aayush Sharma In Kwatha

Aayush Sharma's Bollywood debut, LoveYatri, which was produced by his brother-in-law and superstar Salman Khan, turned out to be a big flop. A few months after the release of LoveYatri, Aayush signed his second film, which is titled Kwatha. Now, the latest development is that the makers have found the female lead of the film. Earlier it was rumoured that Jacqueline Fernandez will star opposite Aayush in this film. However, it's Katrina Kaif's sister, Isabelle Kaif, who has been finalised as the female lead of Kwatha.

This will be Isabelle's second film after Time To Dance, which also didn't do well. A picture from their official photoshoot has made way to social media, and we are totally loving the whole vibe. A source close to the project told Pinkvilla, "The team was looking for a pretty girl who can act well. That's when they thought of Isabelle. She was looking for her second film after Time To Dance and when she was narrated this script, she fell in love with the subject. Although there is a slight romantic angle between the two actors, this is more than just a love story. But Isabelle's character has a strong part in motivating Aayush's character forward in Kwatha."

The source further added, "They plan to roll the film around September. They will be shooting in Arunachal Pradesh and the recee is currently on." Karan Lalit Butani, who directed the 2018-film Phamous will be directing Kwatha. What are your thoughts on this pairing?
