As you are aware, Shahid Kapoor's younger brother Ishaan Khatter is having his big Bollywood debut in this year ahead with Dhadak. Karan Johar is launching him in the industry along with another star-kid Janhvi Kapoor (elder daughter of actress Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor). However, Dhadak is not exactly his first acting assignment, as Ishaan has started in quite a big way on an international level. His real debut, Beyond The Clouds, is ready for release and has been winning him plaudits at the film festivals where it has been screened.
The movie is directed by the acclaimed Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi, who had made the brilliant Children of Heaven and Song of the Sparrows. Now we hear that Beyond The Clouds is ready for release in India, and that too, before Dhadak comes out. As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the movie will release in India on April 20. Interestingly, even the album, that has been scored by Academy Award winner AR Rahman, will also be released on the same day.

Earlier the movie was supposed to come out on March 23, so we don't know what prompted this change of release date.
During the trailer launch, Ishaan Khatter had this to say about working in the movie, “Every aspiring actor has an ideal picture in mind as to how he'd like to begin his journey. This film is as close to that ideal picture as it gets for me. As an actor it's important to have somebody to set the foundation for you and your craft. For me the biggest learning experience was to observe him (Majid Majidi) on set and meditate on the craft. I want to do films like these in the future with have a good story and a strong message. I just want to do good movies.”
Malayalam actress Malavika Mohanan is playing an important role in the movie that of ishaan's elder sister. She revealed during the trailer launch, “Speaking of an ideal (Bollywood) debut, I basically wanted to work with someone whose work resonates with him. I grew up watching Majidi sir's films. So it's a dream come true.”
