We can't wait to see Irrfan Khan back on the screen and needless to say, his fans share the same feeling. The actor started working immediately after he returned from London where he had gone to take treatment for cancer. He won the battle and started shooting for Homi Adajania's Angrezi Medium, which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan. Sequel to one of Irrfan's previous films, Hindi Medium, this one brings together Kareena and Irrfan for the very first time on the screen.

The film was shot in two schedules, which took place in Rajasthan and in London. However, even after wrapping up the film in the British city, Irrfan decided to extend his stay there, according to a Bombay Times report. “Irrfan’s sons, Babil and Ayan, insisted on spending time in London. Their school vacations are underway and so, Irrfan decided to expose his boys to London’s theatre culture. Over the last few weeks, he has taken them out for some of the best plays being staged in the city. Irrfan believes that it will help them broaden their understanding of art. The actor and his family are expected back in Mumbai in the second half of August," a source was quoted by the daily. We really like how Irrfan is making sure that his kids understand the art, even if they don't have any plans to set foot into the world of showbiz.

The report further states that Irrfan also has been taking out to read the scripts of his own movies. The whole point behind this, we hear is to understand his past work in a deeper way and why they acquired a cult status. Well, every actor has his own ways to develop their craft, and looks like reliving his older work is Irrfan's way.
