While the whole world is celebrating Yoga Day today, Soundarya shows us some simple asnas (postures) and their significance in getting the body language right as indeed they help to tap into the dimensions that brings calmness and ease in general. "I meditate. I do asnas. What gym can't do--don't get me wrong--yoga does for your body. It balances your body to another level where you unite with your conscience as indeed with your sub-conscience. You have got to treat your body like a temple and Yoga helps you achieve that calmness and leads you in the right direction. And trust me it's not boring at all. I look forward to do yoga everyday," maintains Soundarya.
