People, cheer up. Amazon Prime has just released the first trailer of the next season of The Marvelous Mrs Maisel. And it looks every bit of epic that it should be. We are going to see Mrs Maisel (Rachel Brosnahan) take the biggest challenge yet. Tell her family and friends about her stand-up comedy career. That is going to be interesting to watch.

The trailer of  The Marvelous Mrs Maisel Season 2 also reveals the premiere date of the show. Mark the date on the calendar as December 5, as that's when the entire season 2 will be available to binge-watch on Amazon Prime.

Let us not forget the cliffhanger from season 1, that is Sophie Lennon (Jane Lynch). After going after her in the final episode, Mrs Maisel's career seems close to being destroyed. Let us see how she bounces back from that debacle.

Now, I am not entirely rooting for Midge with her estranged husband, but he is there in season 2 as well. In fact, he is the only person from Midge's life who knows about her career moves. I am rather hoping that Midge becomes the need-no-man kind of woman. Because that would be cool to watch.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel season 1 won eight Emmy awards earlier this year. That alone should be reason enough for you to tune into the show when it premieres. Eight Emmys, guys. I am already wondering how many the season 2 will score.
