Legendary director Martin Scorsese is bringing a dream cast together for his next film, The Irishman. The film, produced by Netflix, is starring Academy Award winners Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci. This is the first time all these three great actors are coming together for a movie, even though a couple of them have starred in other films. Like De Niro and Pacino in the terrific Heat and the eminently forgettable Righteous Kill. The makers have released a new poster of The Irishman, featuring these three actors in their respective character garb, with Joe Pesci in the forefront. This is quite special since the Irishman marks the return of the Goodfellas actor to acting after the 2010 film, Love Ranch. The Irishman also features an enviable supporting cast in Harvey Keitel, Anna Paquin, Bobby Cannavale, Stephen Graham, Ray Romano, Kathrine Narducci and Jesse Plemons. Netflix is planning to have the film's premiere screening at the 57th New York Film Festival on September 27, after which it is going to have a limited theatrical release in the USA. There are no details of The Irishman's release in India, though it will stream on Netflix from November 27.
