Legendary director Martin Scorsese is bringing a dream cast together for his next film, The Irishman. The film, produced by Netflix, is starring Academy Award winners Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci. The Irishman Release Date: Here Is When You Can Watch the Robert De Niro, Al Pacino’s Film on Big Screen and Netflix.
The Irishman, reportedly the most expensive film that Netflix has produced, is based on a true story. Robert De Niro plays Frank "The Irishman" Sheeran, a World War II soldier turned hitman for a mob, with Al Pacino playing slain Union Leader Jimmy Hoffa and Joe Pesci donning the character of gangster Russell Bufalino, for whom Sheeran works.
The makers have released a new poster of The Irishman, featuring these three actors in their respective character garb, with Joe Pesci in the forefront. This is quite special since the Irishman marks the return of the Goodfellas actor to acting after the 2010 film, Love Ranch.
