For quite some time, the buzz about the actor's Hollywood debut has been the talk of Kollywood town. After having made his debut in Bollywood as well, the actor is now aiming for the stars as the makers finally drop the trailer of his much-anticipated film. The film has already managed to earn a good name in the international festival circuit thanks to an impressive story and Dhanush's performance. And with that, it is finally making it's way to India!

The film will be released in English as well as Tamil as Pakkiri. After watching the trailer, we are convinced that the film is going to b a fun jolly ride! It has enough laughs and heartfelt emotions that make it interesting. Dhanush plays a charlatan, con artist, who paves his way to Paris from Mumbai after using some of his tricks.

Obviously, he falls short of his magic as he gets mired in refugee problem and travels around Western Europe in a wardrobe! The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir is an adaptation of Romain Puértolas's book going by the same name. Dhanush as the Fakir travels from India to France, Spain, UK, Italy and Libya just to go back to Paris and meet the woman he fell in love with. The movie has been helmed by Ken Scott and is set to release on June 21. It will be released in India, USA, Canada, UK, Singapore and Malaysia on the same date. Considering how the actor has a good fan base in South Asian countries, it would be a good market to promote the film.
