Who Is David Corenswet?

David Corenswet was born on July 8, 1993, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of America. The 31-year-old actor began his career as a child artiste. He has been known for his work in theatre and having a career on the small screen. Corenswet has starred in many theatre productions, like All My Sons, La Vie En Bleu, and also in an adaptation of William Shakespeare's The Tragedie of Macbeth. Corenswet is also known for writing screenplays and starring in the projects, with his notable works being Following Chase (2011), directed by Greg Koorhan, and the sketch-comedy web series Moe & Jerryweather (2014–2016), directed by Max Woertendyke.

The Superman actor's career picked up when he appeared in the political thriller Affairs of State (2018). The actor finally started getting recognised after being cast in Netflix’s Hollywood (2020), where he played a World War II veteran who has aspirations of becoming an actor. While Hollywood received not-so-stellar reviews, Corenswet’s acting was praised.
