Tom Holland's superhero film Spider-Man Far From Home has achieved yet another milestone. After surpassing the $1 billion mark at the global box office and becoming the first installment to do so, the Hollywood biggie has now become the highest grossing Spider-Man movie in India. Yes, you heard that right. In fact, the gross collections of Tom Holland starrer in India have already crossed the Rs 100 crore mark which is another achievement in itself. As for the figures, film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to the microblogging site Twitter a while back and wrote, "#SpiderManFarFromHome emerges the highest grossing #SpiderMan film in #India... Also, has swung past $ 1 billion mark at the worldwide boxoffice... [Week 4] Fri 15 lacs, Sat 39 lacs, Sun 47 lacs. Total: ₹ 84.83 cr. India biz. All versions."

He also tweeted, "#SpiderManFarFromHome biz at a glance...Week 1: ₹ 61.05 cr [Thu release; 8 days], Week 2: ₹ 17.70 cr, Week 3: ₹ 5.07 cr, Weekend 4: ₹ 1.01 cr, Total: ₹ 84.83 cr. India biz. #SpiderMan HIT." Jon Favreau's directorial venture The Lion King is currently having a dream run at the domestic box office.
