When they first came out, Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon movies had stylised violence, but they lacked gore, nudity and sex. That changes with his Director's Cut of these movies, which dropped on Netflix on August 2, with the movies featuring additional footage that includes expanded scenes, never-seen-before moments, gory violence, and a couple of strong sex scenes with enough nudity. Both Rebel Moon – Chapter One: Chalice of Blood (expanded cut of Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire) and Rebel Moon – Chapter Two: Curse of Forgiveness (expanded cut of Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver) features sex scenes, both involving lead actress Sofia Boutella. ‘Rebel Moon – The Director’s Cut’ Trailer: Zack Snyder Brings Back His Space Adventure Saga With New Scenes of Sex, Violence, Gore and a Large Nude Giant! 

The actress, known for her performances in The Mummy, Atomic Blonde and Climax, performs two lengthy sex scenes in the movies - one of which is with Michiel Huisman, and both involve full frontal nudity by the actors. Unfortunately, as is always the case with these scenes, the clips have gotten leaked onto certain social media sites like Reddit and are going viral.

Rebel Moon – Chapter One: Chalice of Blood goes about 204 minutes, while the original version is 134 minutes. Meanwhile, Rebel Moon – Chapter Two: Curse of Forgiveness runs 173 minutes, while the original cut is 122 minutes.
