In a fresh new lawsuit filed in federal court on Monday (October 21), the 54-year-old rapper was accused of drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl at an afterparty of MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) in 2000. The details in the lawsuit reveal that Diddy, along with two other unnamed celebrities, were involved in the incident. The new lawsuit filed by attorney Anthony Buzbee on behalf of a now 37-year-old Jane Doe claims that she was invited to a Sean 'Diddy' Combs afterparty by a limo driver after being dropped off at Radio City Music Hall in NYC. The then 13-year-old Jane Doe revealed that she felt "woozy and lightheaded" after a single drink claiming that it was spiked with a rapedrug. "Looking for a place to rest, Plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom, so she could lie down for a moment," the lawsuit said.
The shocking details in the lawsuit further revealed that Sean Diddy Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, soon entered the room and aggressively approached the plaintiff, grabbed her and said, "You are ready to party!". After this, the Celebrity A raped her while Combs and the other female celebrity watched. After the male celebrity finished, Combs then raped the young girl as Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched. The suit revealed that Diddy tried to perform oral sex with her, but she resisted by hitting him on the neck, and he stopped. The victim claimed that she somehow managed to escape the "large white house with a gated U-shaped driveway", after which she contacted her father, who took her back home. Combs' legal troubles began in November 2023 after his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura accused him of physically assaulting her for years.
