The SAG Awards couldn't have been more star-studded as all the achievers of 2019 were present in each other's company. Obviously, few of them won big while some of them were snubbed. First, let's talk about the winners because Marvel's Black Panther did some big stunts that brought them not one but two SAG trophies, including outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture and outstanding performance by a stunt ensemble in a motion picture.
The entire cast and crew of Black Panther literally jumped up in excitement as they heard their name being announced as winners. The other winners were a tad bit predictable with Rami Malek taking home the Best Actor trophy for Bohemian Rhapsody while Glenn Close won Best Actress for The Wife. Among the predictable winners in the TV arena were Patricia Arquette, Rachel Brosnahan, Sandra Oh, Darren Criss, to name a few.
While these celebrities and their work of art were appreciated by the awards committee, the SAG seems to have royally snubbed Bradley Cooper and A Star is Born. They were nominated for almost all the main award categories. But A Star is Born didn't take home any accolades.
