Now giving us another jolt is the sad demise of actor Luke Perry. He was just 52. Luke Perry, whom the fans of the Netflix show Riverdale know as Archie's dad Fred Andrews, had suffered from a massive stroke last week and had to be hospitalised as a result. TMZ reports that the doctors claim that the damage was too extensive to be treated and Luke passed away at St Joseph's Hospital in Burbank. He also appeared in movies like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Redemption Road, and Jesse Stone: Lost in Paradise. Luke's final appearance would be in Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon A Time in Hollywood. His character Fred Andrews continues to be a part of the Riverdale show, though we are not sure if the makers would write out the character or replace him.
