We had earlier reported about how the makers of Quantico will not be airing their most controversial episode in India. The Blood of Romeo, the fifth episode of the third season of the show, attracted a lot of flak from some of the Indian viewers for one of its main subplots. The episode was aired in the US on June 1. When viewers of Indian origin raised a hue and cry over the contents of the episode, ABC network (that airs Quantico) issued an apology, along with the lead star Priyanka Chopra. They later pulled the episode out of the telecast from Star World in India.

In case you are wondering what's the whole fuss all about, let's give you a little brief. The episode, The Blood of Romeo, showed a bunch of Hindu nationalists trying to destroy Manhattan in a nuclear attack, and put the blame on Pakistan. Okay, so you now know what's the controversy surrounding the show. Also, check out the scene that the makers of Quantico don't want to see where Priyanka Chopra's FBI agent Alex Parrish uncovers the controversy.

The episode has also received very low ratings on IMDB, getting 2.9 (at the time of writing the story).

In a breaking news, Karni Sena, the group known for making Padmaavat a blockbuster with their incessant, silly protests, has now targetted Priyanka Chopra calling her 'anti-national'. It looks like the matter is not settling into dust any time soon. It's a little tragic that Quantico has found this hate as it is in its last season and is looking to be cancelled after this.
