Cuba Gooding Jr has been accused of touching a 30-year-old woman inappropriately in a club at Manhattan. The incident is being investigated reportedly where the actor allegedly grabbed a woman's breast while they were socializing.

As per a report on Page Six, the woman told the police that while she and Cuba were engaged in a conversation, he was “highly intoxicated.” After he allegedly grabbed her inappropriately, they got into a big argument which had to be broken up by security. At around 1 am, the woman reportedly called 911 and the NYPD arrived at the club later. They searched the area but couldn't find Cuba Gooding Jr. It has been claimed by Page Six's report that Cuba might be facing possible charges.  Cuba Gooding Jr. Set to Act, Direct Upcoming Thriller

In a video, however, the Oscar-winning actor was seen leaving the club as soon as the alleged incident occurred. The case has been referred to the NYPD under Special Victims Division. Cuba is being sought on charges of forcible touching. In an Instagram video taken by one of the bystanders, it shows that Cuba seems to be having a ball at the club as he is seen singing Faithfully into a microphone.

Cuba Gooding Jr won his Academy Award trophy for his performance in the 1997 film, Jerry Maguire for Best Supporting Actor. He later returned to spotlight and did a fantastic job as he played basketball player OJ Simpson in Netflix's American Crime Story: People vs OJ Simpson. The show received tremendous acclaim for its content and the performance of the cast.
