Born on January 30, 1974 in Norwich, Norfolk, England as Sarah Caroline Olivia Colman, the actress is known for films like The Favourite (2018), Tyrannosaur (2011) and The Lobster (2015). Olivia, who rose to prominence for her work in television, made her breakthrough as Sophie Chapman (the girlfriend of David Mitchell’s neurotic Mark) in the Channel 4 comedy series Peep Show (2003–2015). And now, she is considered to be one of the country's most talented actresses, with an incredible career spanning nearly two decades.

Coming to Colman's film, 'The Favourite' has landed a nod for Best Picture. It will compete against Black Panther, BlacKkKlansman, Bohemian Rhapsody, Green Book, Roma, A Star is Born and Vice for the most coveted prize of the movie awards season.
